Here at wishbeauty we know that sometimes the items you have purchased may not meet your satisfaction. Or you may not like it. either have that please dont worry we are here to make it right.


How long do I have to make a return?
You have up-to 30 days to make any returns, all items that are sent back must be tracked and have your order number on it. For warranty products we will get the item repaired or we will send a new one if it’s not repairable


What is the return method and are there any charges to return an item?
1-For any faulty products we will be liable to pay your postage simply email our team and they will help you from there.
2-For items that you want to return to due change of mind then the buyer will be liable to get the item posted back to us, once you have done that please email our team your tracking number and our team will issue a refund once the item has been received and inspected.


How to start a return?
At the moment due the website being still worked on the easiest way to start a return is to contact our team on the help section and they will open a return for you.


Can used or worn items be returned?
No, all items that are being returned due to change of mind must be not used and be in its original packaging otherwise the return might be refused.


How are refunds issue?
The refunds will be made back into to your original payment method and should be made available within 10 working days.



Note: please do not return your item on the address on the package that may be different and may cause delays to your return.
